How Your Order Gets to You

01 Place Order - Order confirmed and enters fulfillment queue.
02 Processing - Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same business day.
03 Shipped - Tracking number sent to your email automatically.
04 Delivered - Package arrives at your door or specified address.

Shipment Policy

Fast Processing: Prime LED House is dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. Orders are usually processed shortly after being placed. However, orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered Service Days for Express Deliveries.

📧 Tracking Information: Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order has been shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for your tracking confirmation.
📞 Order Inquiries: For any questions regarding your order, drop a mail us at primeledhouse@gmail.com during standard business hours (8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday). Outside business hours, please use our Contact Form and our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours.
🔒 Order Modifications & Cancellations: Please be aware that once an order has advanced to a certain stage in the fulfillment process, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. Contact us as early as possible if changes are needed.
📮P.O. Box Deliveries (UPS): Orders shipped via UPS to a P.O. Box require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box located within a local Post Office. Orders shipped to a PO Box are not eligible for UPS delivery and may incur additional shipping charges, for which the customer may be held responsible.

🌩️ Shipping Delays: Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Prime LED House cannot be held accountable for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
🔍 Missing Packages: Requests for replacement products or account credit for merchandise claimed as shipped but not received are subject to our investigation. We will work with the carrier to resolve any discrepancies as quickly as possible.
📍Incorrect Addresses: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with orders that are incorrectly addressed. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order to avoid delays or additional charges.
⚠️ Important: Always ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information — including reshipping fees — are the responsibility of the customer.
